Yes. All photos represent the actual products. However, since many of our items are handmade or made from natural ingredients, slight variations in color or packaging may occur — but never in quality.
The receipt is sent with your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
If a product arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return or replacement process at no additional cost.
Most of our products are seasonal or produced in limited quantities. If an item is sold out, you can contact us to find out when it will be available again or ask to be notified once it’s back in stock.
We ship throughout Greece with a partner Courier. If you wish to ship abroad, please contact us before completing your order to inform you of the cost and delivery time.
