Legal Framework<\/h3><p>This Return Policy is established in accordance with:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Law 2251\/1994<\/strong> on Consumer Protection, as amended by Law 4933\/2022,<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Presidential Decree 131\/2003<\/strong>, implementing <strong>EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong> on consumer rights,<\/p><\/li><li><p>and all other relevant provisions of Greek and European legislation governing distance sales and e-commerce.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>2. General Terms<\/h3><p>The following terms apply exclusively to <strong>purchases made through the online store<\/strong> chanigravias.com.<br \/>By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this policy.<\/p><h3>3. Right of Withdrawal (Articles 3e\u20133i of Law 2251\/1994)<\/h3><p>Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract <strong>within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping fees \u2014 <strong>except<\/strong> where the law specifically excludes such right (see Article 3i, paragraph 1).<\/p><h3>4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h3><p>According to <strong>Article 3i(1)<\/strong> of Law 2251\/1994, <strong>no right of withdrawal<\/strong> applies in the following cases:<\/p><ol><li><p><strong>Perishable or rapidly expiring products<\/strong>, such as foodstuffs, beverages, or traditional edible goods (e.g., sweets, honey, olive oil, herbs, liqueurs, etc.).<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Sealed products<\/strong> that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Customized or personalized products<\/strong> made according to the consumer\u2019s specifications.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Gift or souvenir items<\/strong> that have been damaged, used, or altered after delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>In all such cases, sales are considered <strong>final and non-returnable<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>5. Conditions for Accepted Returns<\/h3><p>Products may be returned only if:<\/p><ul><li><p>They are <strong>in their original, unused and unopened condition<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>They include all <strong>original packaging and proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The customer has submitted a valid <strong>withdrawal notice<\/strong> within the 14-day period.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.<\/p><h3>6. Withdrawal Procedure<\/h3><ol><li><p>The customer must send a <strong>written withdrawal declaration<\/strong> by email to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@chanigravias.com\">info@chanigravias.com<\/a><\/strong> within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned to:<br \/><strong>To Chani tis Gravias, Gravia Fokida 330 57, Greece.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Return shipping costs are borne <strong>by the customer<\/strong>, unless the product was defective or delivered in error.<\/p><\/li><li><p>After inspection of the returned product, the company will refund the corresponding amount <strong>within 14 days<\/strong>, using the same payment method originally used (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>7. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h3><p>If the customer receives a <strong>defective or incorrect product<\/strong>, they must notify the company <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> of receipt at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@chanigravias.com\">info@chanigravias.com<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>In such cases, the company will cover all return or replacement costs, in accordance with <strong>Article 534 of the Greek Civil Code<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>8. Customer Responsibility<\/h3><p>The customer is liable for any <strong>diminished value<\/strong> of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<br \/>In such cases, the refund amount may be reduced proportionally.<\/p><h3>9. Exclusion for Business Purchases<\/h3><p>This policy applies only to <strong>individual consumers<\/strong> (natural persons).<br \/>Orders issued with an invoice for <strong>businesses or legal entities<\/strong> are <strong>excluded<\/strong> from the right of withdrawal.<\/p><h3>10.
